随着经济发展新时期的到来,人力资源管理的出现对于提高企业整体的管理水平和促进企业整体的经济效益都有着十分重要的作用。当前就我国的供电企业来说,人力资源管理的优化,有助于提升供电企业的战略规划和长远发展。因此,本文主要就课程研究的基础进行了简要的阐述,而后针对现在供电企业人力资源管理存在的问题进行了深入研究,并结合本次研究最终提出了供电企业人力资源管理瓶颈的解决方案等一系列相关可实施的具体策略,最终希望借助于本次研究,能够为相关的专家学者,提供一些可供参考的内容。
With the advent of a new era of economic development, the emergence of human resources management plays an important role in improving the overall management level of enterprises and promoting the overall economic benefits of enterprises.
