遵照毛主席“教育必须为无产阶级政治服务,必须同生产劳动相结合”的教导,我们七二冶金物化专业实践小分队在马鞍山钢铁公司一铁厂走开门办学的道路,在厂党委、三结合领导班子的正确领导下,全心全意依靠工人阶级,与工程技术人员密切配合,根据工厂急需,选择以“高炉结瘤”为典型任务组织教学。我们深入现场,进行调查研究,就高炉冷却强度问题进行了讨论和计算。结果发现,冷却强度的变化对临视高炉炉型有一定的参考意义,并与炉瘤的生成和成长有相当关系。本文着重讨论如何用冷却强度来监测炉型。
In accordance with the teaching of Chairman Mao, “education must serve proletarian politics and must be integrated with productive labor.” Our practical task force of the 72nd Metallurgical and Physical Education Department took a walk at the first iron works of the Maanshan Iron and Steel Company to run the school. Under the correct leadership of the leadership team, we wholeheartedly depend on the working class and cooperate closely with engineering and technical personnel. According to the urgent need of the factory, we choose to organize the teaching with typical tasks of “blast furnace nodulation”. We went to the scene, carried out investigation and study on the cooling strength of the blast were discussed and calculated. The results show that the change of cooling strength has certain reference value for the blast furnace furnace type, and has a close relationship with the formation and growth of the hearth. This article focuses on how to use the cooling intensity to monitor the furnace.
