采用离体兔主动脉环对吡那地尔及粉防己碱进行研究。结果表明吡那地尔能对抗低浓度(20及30mmol/L)氯化钾所致的主动脉环收缩,对高浓度(≥40mmol/L)氯化钾无效。粉防己碱对低浓度和高浓度氯化钾所致的收缩都有抑制作用。吡那地尔10μmol/L使甲氧胺的量效曲线平行右移,pA2=5.67.粉防己碱100μmol/L使曲线非平行右移,pD2'=3.28
Pinacidil and tetrandrine were studied using isolated rabbit aortic rings. The results showed that pinacidil contrasted with contraction of the aortic rings caused by potassium chloride at low concentration (20 and 30 mmol / L), but not at high concentrations (≥40 mmol / L) of potassium chloride. Tetrandrine inhibited the contraction by low and high concentrations of potassium chloride. Pinacidil 10μmol / L to methoxyamine dose-effect curve shifted parallel to the right, pA2 = 5.67. Tetrandrine 100μmol / L so that non-parallel curve shift pD2 ’= 3.28
