研究了含铅9%~11%、含碳2.6%~3.6%的铸铁,并用稀土硅铁合金进行孕育,研究发现含碳量变化时析出的碳化物形貌不同,并用能谱分析了碳化物内的含铅量,发现碳化物内的含铬量达20%~50%。
The cast iron containing 9% ~ 11% lead and 2.6% ~ 3.6% carbon was studied and inoculated with rare earth ferrosilicon alloy. The results show that the carbide morphology is different when the carbon content changes, The amount of lead in the carbide, found within the chromium carbide content of 20% to 50%.
