去年郑州市国税稽查部门查处的群众举报案件数字显示,举报基本属实的占已查案件的80％以上。群众举报不仅是加强社会监督,提高公民纳税意识,增强税法刚性,维护税法尊严的一种具体表现,也是税务机关有效打击偷骗税行为、树立国家政府机关的威信、调动人民群众协税护税的积极性的重要手段。进一步加强群众举报的管理,将是目前税务机关继举报中心成立以后的一项重要工作内容。 随着郑州市国税系统税务案件举报中心的全部成立,群众也对举报偷税案件工作提出了更高的希望和要求。 经过调查发现,日前,群众举报的税务违法案件有“五望”:
