东府办[2012]144号各镇人民政府(街道办事处)、市府直属各单位:根据《东莞市培育企业上市操作规程》(东府办[2011]138号)的有关精神,经东莞市发展利用资本市场工作领导小组提请,市政府决定认定广东大众农业科技股份有限公司为东莞市上市后备企业。各镇(街)、各单位要对照支持企业上市的条件、范围、额度和标准,落实相关资助(奖励)政策,完善促进该企业上市过程中的配套服务。
Dongfu Office [2012] No. 144 Township People’s Government (Subdistrict Office), the municipality directly under the unit: According to the “Dongguan City nurturing business listing rules” (Dongfu Office [2011] No. 138) of the spirit of the Dongguan Municipal development and utilization of capital market leading group to draw the municipal government decided to identify Guangdong Volkswagen Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. listed on the back-up in Dongguan City. In each town (street), all units shall implement the relevant subsidy (reward) policies in accordance with the conditions, scope, quotas and standards for supporting the listing of enterprises and improve the supporting services for promoting the listing of the enterprises.
