通过正交试验确定了微波辐射法合成Y2O3∶Eu3+红色荧光粉的最佳工艺条件,即升温速率20℃/min,煅烧温度1 240℃,保温时间60min,此条件下所制备样品的相对亮度达107.0%。对样品进行物相、粒度及光谱分析,结果表明该样品为单一纯相Y2O3,粉末粒度均匀,D50为3.28μm,其最大发射光谱峰位于607nm处,色坐标为x=0.653 3、y=0.342 4。
The optimum technological conditions for the synthesis of Y2O3: Eu3 + red phosphor by microwave irradiation were determined by orthogonal experiment, that is, the heating rate was 20 ℃ / min, the calcining temperature was 1240 ℃ and the holding time was 60min. Under this condition, the relative brightness 107.0%. The phase, particle size and spectral analysis of the sample showed that the sample was a single pure phase of Y2O3, the particle size was uniform, the D50 was 3.28μm, the maximum emission peak was at 607nm, the color coordinates were x = 0.653 3, y = 0.342 4.
