辅导员队伍是基层学生思想政治教育工作的中坚力量。加强高职院校辅导员队伍建设刻不容缓,从提高认识、完善机制等方面就高职院校辅导员队伍建设提出了自己的思路。
Counselor team is the backbone of grassroots students ideological and political education. It is imperative to strengthen the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges. From the aspect of raising awareness and perfecting mechanism, it puts forward my own ideas on the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
