Teachers in the process of teaching translation literacy is the ability of teachers to grasp the progress of the classroom and obtain the best results of the key and fundamental. This article profoundly analyzes the shortcomings in the process of teachers’ translation, elaborates the six kinds of abilities that teachers should master, and the cultivation of teachers’ creativity, and puts forward the approaches and countermeasures of teachers’ ability upgrading strategies.
