语言是人类重要的思维工具和信息媒介,对人的心理和生理具有独特的刺激作用。体育教学实践和经验告诉我们,体育教学的过程就是体育教师与学生之间的一种双向思维信息的交换过程。体育教师根据教学内容及教学计划,通过语言讲解、动作示范等手段,向学生传授体育知识和运动技能,并在这过程中及时地收集和捕捉学生的反馈信息,再以最佳信息传输给学生,逐步改善学生的各种状态,以达到体育教学的最佳效应。这就是体育教学方法中最基本也是最重要的语言法。在体育教学中,体育教师的讲解、口令、指示、口头评定成绩以及学生的口头汇报、“默念”、“自我暗示”等,都是语言法
