应用离休收缩功能实验方法检定人结肠平滑肌毒蕈碱受体亚型，发现人结肠纵、环肌对乙酰胆碱反应的ｐＤ＿２和对阿托品反应的ｐＡ＿２有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：人结肠平滑肌上存在两种高低不同亲和性的毒蕈碱受体亚型，分别支配人结肠纵、环肌的收缩。
The test of reentrant systolic function was used to test the muscarinic receptor subtype of human colon smooth muscle. The results showed that the pD_2 of acetylcholine and the pA_2 of atropine in human longitudinal and circular muscles were significantly different (P <0.01). Tip: there are two different levels of human muscarinic muscarinic receptor subtypes of muscarinic receptors, respectively, dominate the contraction of human longitudinal and circular muscle.
