由于圆管的能量吸收效率高于方管,因此提出利用圆柱形多孔柱来提高结构的能量耗散能力。这种类型的结构表现出较高的能量吸收性能,因为其截面上转角数量多,相邻翼缘间的角度在最佳范围内,而且采用了更有效的圆柱壳。数值分析表明,多孔圆柱的能量吸收效率高于方形柱和方形多孔柱。此外,给出了考虑几何参数对结构耐撞性影响的参数研究。结果表明,壁厚、沿径向和圆周方向的孔洞数量对能量吸收有明显的影响。
Due to the energy absorption efficiency of the circular tube is higher than that of the square tube, it is proposed to use the cylindrical porous column to improve the energy dissipation capacity of the structure. This type of structure exhibits a higher energy absorption because of the larger number of corners in the cross section, the optimal angle between adjacent flanges and the more efficient cylindrical shell. Numerical analysis shows that the energy absorption efficiency of porous cylinder is higher than that of square column and square porous column. In addition, parametric studies on the influence of geometrical parameters on structural crashworthiness are given. The results show that the wall thickness, the number of holes in the radial and circumferential directions have a significant impact on energy absorption.
