我国的国企改革不彻底导致企业文化建设存在一些误区,职业化员工在国企中无法很好地共存共赢共发展。如何在建设国企企业文化的同时,将职业化员工的特点兼容并包地吸纳和运用好,是我国国企管理阶层现阶段必须认真思考的问题。文章通过对我国国企改革和国企企业文化建设过程中的经验教训的分析,阐述如何在国企的发展中有效地吸纳、培养和管理职业化员工。
The incomplete reform of the state-owned enterprises in our country leads to some misunderstandings in the construction of corporate culture. The professionalized employees can not coexist in the state-owned enterprises to achieve win-win development. How to incorporate and utilize the characteristics of professional staff while building a corporate culture of state-owned enterprises is an issue that Chinese state-owned enterprise management must seriously consider at this stage. Through the analysis of the experience and lessons in the process of state-owned enterprise reform and state-owned enterprise culture construction in our country, the article expounds how to effectively absorb, train and manage the professional staff in the development of state-owned enterprises.
