目的:探讨原发性输卵管癌的早期声像图及血流动力学改变。方法:采用经阴道超声彩色多普勒技术观察输卵管癌肿块,对其进行大小、形态、位置、性状与周围组织器官关系以及肿块内血流信号特征、血流阻力指数(RI)监测。结果:原发性输卵管癌声像图显示:子宫一侧或双侧可见囊性为主的混合性包块,多呈腊肠形或扁长条形,CDFI显示肿块内血流丰富,血流阻力指数RI<0.4。结论:输卵管呈香肠状囊性为主混合性肿块改变,囊壁上和实质回声区见丰富血流信号,血流阻力指数(RI)值<0.4,可作为诊断输卵管癌的依据之一。
Objective: To investigate the early sonographic and hemodynamic changes of primary fallopian tube cancer. Methods: Transvaginal ultrasound color Doppler technique was used to observe the size of the fallopian tube carcinoma. The size, shape, location, the relationship between the characteristics and the surrounding tissues and organs, the characteristics of the blood flow signal and the blood flow resistance index (RI) were monitored. Results: The acoustic findings of primary fallopian tube cancer showed that the mixed masses with cystic lesions on one or both sides of the uterus were mostly sausage-shaped or oblong-long, and CDFI showed abundant blood flow and blood flow resistance The index RI <0.4. CONCLUSIONS: The fallopian tubes are sausage-like cystic masses with mixed mass changes. The blood flow signals are seen on the cystic wall and in the real echo area. The RI value is less than 0.4, which can be used as a basis for diagnosis of fallopian tube cancer.
