目的对细节干预措施应用在消毒供应中心的护理效果进行分析探讨。方法在本院2016年在消毒供应中心应用细节干预措施,并与2015年实施常规管理时的情况进行对比,比较细节干预措施实施前后护士的工作质量与各科室的满意度的情况。结果和实施之前进行比较,在实施之后消毒供应中心的护士的工作质量、各临床科室的满意度明显提高了,经过统计,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将细节干预措施应用到消毒供应中心的管理工作中,能够有效改善护士的工作质量,使得各临床科室的满意度不断提升,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the nursing effect of applying the detail interventions in the disinfection supply center. Methods The detailed interventions were applied in our disinfection and supply center in 2016 and compared with the case of routine management in 2015. We compared the quality of nurses before and after the implementation of the interventions with the satisfaction of each department. The results were compared with those before the implementation. After the implementation, the quality of the nurses working in the disinfection supply center was significantly improved. The satisfaction of each clinical department was significantly improved, and statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of detail interventions to the management of disinfection supply center can effectively improve the quality of nurses’ work, making the satisfaction of various clinical departments continue to improve, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
