利用雾化法制取了(Fe、Ni、Cr、W、M0)_(80)(B、Si、C)_(20)金属玻璃粉末,借助于X射线衍射、差热分析、扫描电镜和金相显微镜观察,对该非晶粉末的结构弛豫、径向分布函数、晶化及相转变过程进行了分析。发现该粉末具有较高的热稳定性,其相变过程可分为几个阶段。用热等静压技术将这种自熔合金粉末固化成具有微晶结构的样品,并测试了若干性能。
The (Fe, Ni, Cr, W, M0) _ (80) (B, Si, C) _ (20) metallic glass powders were prepared by atomization method and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy Phase microscopy observation of the structure of the amorphous powder relaxation, radial distribution function, crystallization and phase transformation process were analyzed. Found that the powder has high thermal stability, the phase transition process can be divided into several stages.
