利用GC-MS分析方法,对生长在贵州金沙县3个产地的青蒿叶中青蒿精油化学成分进行分析,共鉴定了29个化合物,其中,萜类化合物[单萜(52.45%~75.32%)和倍半萜(24.68%~47.55%)]是青蒿精油的主要成分,它们分别是樟脑,L-龙脑,古杷烯,β-石竹烯,红没药烯,大根香叶烯D,大根香叶烯B,(-)-新丁子香烯-(II),异香树烯过氧化物和顺式-澳白檩醇等。3个青蒿精油样品的化学成分相一致,但是各个化学成分的含量有不同,这些信息有助于进一步研究青蒿中青蒿素与其他萜类物质之间生物合成途径的相关性。
GC-MS analysis was used to analyze the chemical composition of the essential oils of Artemisia annua L. grown in the three production areas of Jinsha County, Guizhou Province. A total of 29 compounds were identified, of which the terpenoids [single sorghum (52.45%~75.32%) and Sesquiterpene (24.68%~47.55%) is the main component of Artemisia annua essential oils. They are camphor, L-borneol, ancient camphene, β-caryophyllene, bisabolene, large root geraniol D, and large roots. Germene B, (-)-neurocinne-(II), iso-Schemeene peroxide and cis-Austenitin. The chemical compositions of three artemisia annua oil samples are the same, but the content of each chemical composition is different. This information helps to further study the correlation of artemisinin and other anthraquinone substances in artemisia annua.
