本文提供了一种关于高重合度齿轮传动装置(HCRG)中啮合齿之间载荷分配的比较切合实际的计算方法。该方法基于下述假设:无论两对还是三对齿同时接触,每一对齿的齿形修正量和齿距误差之和均相等。同时,还假设:无论两对还是三对齿同时接触,各对齿所担负的法向载荷之和均等于最大法向载荷。一旦各个载荷被确定,齿根圆角处的应力和接触应力就可依据外加的载荷和轮齿的几何参数确定。本文发表了一个试验性例证,以验证该种方法。
This paper presents a more realistic calculation of the load distribution between the meshing teeth in a high coincidence gear drive (HCRG). The method is based on the assumption that the sum of tooth profile correction and pitch error for each pair of teeth is equal regardless of whether two pairs or three pairs of teeth are in contact at the same time. At the same time, it is also assumed that, regardless of whether two pairs or three pairs of teeth are in contact at the same time, the sum of the normal loads borne by each pair of teeth is equal to the maximum normal load. Once each load is determined, the root fillet stress and contact stress can be based on the applied load and gear geometry to determine. This article published a pilot example to verify this approach.
