2月28日,国防科工委与民航总局在京联合召开民用飞机适航工作专家座谈会,会上,国防科工委秘书长黄强指出,适航工作要从源头抓起,重点突破,下大力气建立国家完整的适航研究、教学、飞机研制、验证、审定、持续适航的体系。中国航空综合技术研究所朱风驭先生在会上也提出了自己的意见和建议。会后,他专门就我国航空工业系统适航工作正式开展以来27年的历程以及未来适航工作要注意的重点问题为本刊撰写了此文。
On February 28, the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and Civil Aviation Administration of China jointly convened a symposium on civil aircraft airworthiness work in Beijing.
