最近我们从国外一份钱币资料上发现,鄂西北(鄂北)苏区马克思头像银元还存在着将民国银元改铸的情况。观察资料所见,这枚鄂北苏区马克思头像壹元银币反面(镰刀、斧头一面)左下侧尚留有“中华民国三年”几字的残迹及袁大头头顶的残迹。正面(马克思头像一面)能见到嘉禾图案的残迹,从而不难看出此币乃用“中华民国三年”的袁大头银币改铸的。对此,我们试作如下探讨。 1.我们认为此币不是伪品,据分析作伪者不可能为此草率地将“民三·袁大头币”伪作成
