目的:研究护患沟通在为高血压患者护理时起到的效果.方法:将本院自2019年1月~2020年1月收治54例高血压患者当作研究对象,根据就诊时间将其分为两组,每组27例.给予参照组常规护理,在此基础上增加护患沟通,对比两组患者心理状态和依从性评分.结果:对比心理状态和依从性评分,实验组各项评分明显优于参照组(P<0.05).结论:在高血压护理中,护患沟通能够改善患者的心理状态,让他们以积极乐观的心态面对治疗,提升依从性,值得推广和应用.“,”Objective: To study the effect of nurse - patient communication in nursing patients with hypertension. Methods :54 patients with hypertension were treated from January 2019 ~ January 2020. On the basis of routine nursing care in the reference group, nurse - patient communication was increased, and the psychological state and compliance scores of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of psychological status and compliance in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: in hypertension nursing, nursing communication can improve the psychological state of patients, let them face the treatment with positive and optimistic attitude, improve compliance, it is worth popularizing and applying.
