中美之间彼此在产品出口上是优势互补的分工合作,即使在高技术领域,中国出口日益上升,但同美国之间并不是在同一个水平上的竞争关系,而是优势互补的关系。是双赢而不是零和。
China and the United States each have their own advantages in complementing each other’s product exports. Even in the field of hi-tech exports, China’s exports are rising day by day. However, the two countries are not competing with each other on the same level but with complementary advantages. Win-win rather than zero sum.
