大叶槭的种子为翅果,种皮比较薄,极易吸水,子叶似螺旋形盘在种皮内。槭属种子种皮固然很薄易吸水,但要使其发芽是比较困难的。据报道,槭树种子要经过0—5℃温度层积20天以后,才能作发芽试验,而且发芽试验的过程持续时间较长。去年,我们设想单用发芽来检验,并缩短检验时间,对大叶槭、青榨槭、五裂槭的种子,采用了浸种后剪开部分种皮等方法试验,结果没有达到预期效果。在去年试验基础上,今年改去种皮发芽试验,取得了一定的成效。

The test on the seeds of A. grandiflora, the pressed maple and the cracked maple was carried out after the seeds were soaked with seed soaking, and the results did not reach the expected results. On the basis of last year’s test, we changed the germination test of the seed coat this year and achieved some success.
