长期在单一的计划经济体制中孕育成长的大陆国有企业,面对对外开放浪潮和市场经济的猛烈冲击,渐渐失去了以往的优势,许多企业发展缓慢,步履艰难,有的甚至陷入亏损境地。为了摆脱困境,重振昔日辉煌,近两年来大陆国企纷纷变机制,引外资,卖产权,找出路,实行脱胎换骨式的改革,使企业发生了前所未有的“大裂变”。我国北方经济较发达地区的烟台市,为国家赋予的综合配套改革试点城市,该市三百多家国有企业,近年来已经“裂变”发展
The mainland state-owned enterprises that have been nurtured and grew up in a single planned economy system have faced the impact of opening up and the market economy. They have gradually lost their previous advantages. Many enterprises have been slow to develop and have struggled, and some have even fallen into a loss situation. In order to get rid of the predicament and rejuvenate the glory of the past, in the past two years, the state-owned enterprises in the Mainland have changed their systems, introduced foreign capital, sold property rights, and found ways to reform their businesses.
