在我国,因为地域面积较为广阔,存在很多复杂的地理环境,这样就导致我国水资源分布不均匀,这样就需要兴建水利工程,合理的配置我国的水资源,有效地保证人们的生活用水,同时也能够降低洪灾的产生,使水资源可以按照人们的意志进行分配。但是在传统的水利工程建设的过程中,因为工程建设的规模大,就给生态环境造成了严重的影响。近几年,我国对自然环境的保护意识在不断地增强,水利工程在设计的过程中,也需要充分体现出环保意识。生态水利在设计的过程中减少了传统水利工程中存在的问题,将自然科学同生态环境进行有机的结合。

In recent years, China’s awareness of the protection of the natural environment continues to increase, water conservancy projects in the design process, we must fully reflect the environmental awareness. Ecological water conservancy reduces the problems existing in the traditional water conservancy projects in the process of design and organically combines the natural sciences with the ecological environment.
