目的:研究癃闭通颗粒对慢性前列腺炎模型大鼠的治疗作用以及对正常大鼠的利尿作用。方法:采用消痔灵致雄性Wistar大鼠慢性前列腺炎模型,观察癃闭通颗粒对前列腺液内白细胞数、卵磷脂小体密度、前列腺组织匀浆中IL-8、TNF-α、IL-1β等的影响。采用给予一定水负荷方法,观察癃闭通颗粒对正常大鼠的利尿作用。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型和大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型,观察该药的抗炎作用。结果:癃闭通颗粒0.27g/kg～2.40g/kg均可降低前列腺液中白细胞数;0.80g/kg起能升高卵磷脂小体密度;0.80g/kg起能降低前列腺组织匀浆中IL-8、TNF-α、IL-1β的水平。癃闭通颗粒0.80g/kg起对正常大鼠具有利尿作用。癃闭通颗粒2.40g/kg能抑制二甲苯引起的耳廓肿胀;0.27g/kg起抑制模型大鼠的棉球肉芽肿肿胀度。提示癃闭通颗粒主要的效应剂量范围为0.80～2.40g/kg。结论:癃闭通颗粒能抑制大鼠慢性前列腺炎的炎细胞浸润,提高卵磷脂小体密度,降低前列腺组织炎性细胞因子的水平。同时具有利尿作用和抗炎作用,有利于前列腺炎的症状缓解和炎症消除。
Objective: To study the curative effect and the diuretic effect on rats with chronic prostatitis induced by 癃-Shutong Granule. Methods: Chronic prostatitis model was induced by Xiaozheling induced male Wistar rats. The levels of leukocyte, lecithin density and IL-8, TNF-α, IL-1β in prostatic tissue homogenate And so on. To give a certain amount of water load method to observe the effect of 癃-Shutong particles on normal rats diuretic effect. Xylene-induced mouse auricle swelling model and rat cotton ball granuloma model were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of this drug.
