目的通过对全国无偿献血者志愿服务组织现状调查,找出我国目前献血志愿者服务中存在的不足,探索适合我国献血者志愿服务的运行机制。方法对全国296家采供血机构无偿献血者服务组织数量、在册人数、有效运行人数和有效运行率进行统计,采用SPSS 15.0软件进行数据分析。结果血液中心无偿献血者服务组织有效运行率略低于中心血站(46.61%vs 49.44%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2014年献血者服务组织有效运行率远低于2011年(48.93%vs 63.68%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我国无偿献血志愿服务尚处于初级阶段,仍需不断加强对志愿者组织的管理,建立健全献血志愿服务机制;加大对献血者志愿服务的保障力度,加快推进志愿服务事业法制化进程,才能增加志愿者队伍的凝聚力,使无偿献血志愿者服务组织不断壮大,增加无偿献血人数,完善无偿献血长效机制,保证临床不断增长的用血需求。
Objective To investigate the current situation of voluntary service organizations in non-compensation blood donors in China, and to find out the shortcomings in the current service of volunteers for blood donation in our country and to explore the operation mechanism suitable for volunteer service of blood donors in our country. Methods The number of service organizations, the number of registered persons, the number of effective operation and the effective operation rate of 296 blood donation and blood donation agencies nationwide were counted and the data were analyzed by SPSS 15.0 software. Results The effective operating rate of blood donor service center was slightly lower than that of center blood station (46.61% vs 49.44%, P> 0.05). The effective operation rate of blood donor service organizations in 2014 was much lower than that in 2011 (48.93% vs 63.68%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Volunteer service of voluntary blood donation in our country is still in the initial stage. We still need to continuously strengthen the management of volunteer organizations and establish and improve the volunteer service mechanism of blood donation. We should increase the protection of volunteer service for blood donors and speed up the legalization process of volunteer service. Increase the cohesion of the volunteer team so that voluntary blood donation volunteer service organizations continue to grow, increase the number of voluntary blood donation, improve the long-term mechanism of unpaid blood donation, to ensure that clinically increasing demand for blood.
