提出了一个适用于发射机中驱动电路设计的具有较高计算效率、能准确反映不同频率时与驱动电路互作用的VCSEL等效电路模型,用曲线拟合的方法结合惠普网络分析仪测得的VCSEL反射参数S_(11),准确地得到了等效电路模型的各个参数值,并将此等效电路模型应用到设计驱动电路的模拟中,在标准EDA环境SPICE中对驱动电路和模型进行了协同模拟,与过于简化的VCSEL模型进行了对比,通过设计驱动电路芯片证明了此模型的有效性。
A VCSEL equivalent circuit model which is suitable for the design of driver circuits in transmitters and has high computational efficiency and can accurately reflect the interaction with the driver circuits at different frequencies is proposed. The curve fitting method and the HP Network Analyzer VCSEL reflection parameter S_ (11), the parameters of the equivalent circuit model are obtained accurately, and the equivalent circuit model is applied to the simulation of the design driving circuit. The driving circuit and the model are performed in the standard EDA environment SPICE Collaborative simulation is compared with the over simplified VCSEL model. The effectiveness of this model is proved by designing the driving circuit chip.
