本文分析了316例脐带绕颈与产程及分娩方式的关系。结果产程延长或停滞共142例，发生率为44．9％；手术产共186例，包括剖宫产144例，胎头吸引器助娩34例，产钳助产8例，手术产率58．9％。并就产程异常的原因、监护、手术指征进行了探讨。
