冷却机热废气温度和流量是烧结余热电站设计中两个首要的基础参数。通过对唐钢炼铁厂北区1号、2号两台190 m2环冷机正常生产工况下的热工测试,采用直接测试和热平衡两种方法进行数据计算及对比分析。计算分析表明,2号环冷机存在严重的漏风问题,废气温度偏高,1号环冷机测试数据与热平衡计算结果基本吻合。最后以1号环冷机测试分析结果为依据,分别确定了单进口和双进口两种余热锅炉热废气参数。
Cooler hot exhaust gas temperature and flow rate are the two primary basic parameters in the design of sintering waste heat power plant. Through the thermal test under the normal production conditions of two 190 m2 ring coolers in No.1 and No.2, North District, Tanggang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., two methods of direct test and heat balance were used to calculate and compare the data. The calculation and analysis show that there is a serious air leakage problem on No.2 ring cooler and the exhaust gas temperature is too high. The test data of No.1 ring cooler are in good agreement with the results of thermal equilibrium calculation. Finally, based on the results of the test and analysis of No. 1 ring cooler, the hot exhaust gas parameters of two kinds of waste heat boilers with single inlet and double inlet were respectively determined.
