目的观察脑梗死(CI)患者脑血管血流动力学变化。方法利用脑血管血流动力学检测仪(CVA)对43例脑血栓形成(CT)、74例腔隙性梗死(LI)及45例正常对照组进行脑血流量、血流速度、脑血管弹性、外周阻力和特性阻抗检测。结果与对照组比较,CT和LI均出现脑血流量降低、血流速度减慢、脑血管弹性减退、外周阻力和特性阻抗升高。LI病侧与对侧比较,各项指标无明显差异;CT病侧多项指标明显差于对侧。结论 CT和LI患者均出现血流动力学异常改变,CVA对CT有一定的定侧价值。
Objective To observe the changes of cerebrovascular hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction (CI). Methods Cerebral blood flow, blood flow velocity, cerebrovascular elasticity were measured in 43 cases of cerebral thrombosis (CT), 74 cases of lacunar infarction (LI) and 45 cases of normal control group by using cerebral vascular hemodynamics detector (CVA) , Peripheral resistance and characteristic impedance test. Results Compared with the control group, cerebral blood flow decreased, blood flow velocity decreased, cerebral vascular elasticity decreased, peripheral resistance and characteristic impedance increased in both CT and LI. LI disease side and contralateral, no significant difference between the various indicators; CT disease index significantly worse than the contralateral. Conclusions Both hemodynamic changes in patients with CT and in patients with LI showed that CVA had definite CT value in CT.
