慢性心绞痛患者可有严重发作及突然死亡。虽然当前对心肌梗塞和缺血性心脏病中心律失常的机理及意义的认识尚属有限,但说明了实验研究在经过多年的临床观察后,仍继续对疾病提供新的了解。
Chronic angina patients may have a serious attack and sudden death. Although current understanding of the mechanism and significance of arrhythmia in myocardial infarction and ischemic heart disease is limited, it shows that experimental studies continue to provide new insights into the disease after many years of clinical observation.
