鏜削时,尤其是精鏜时,如果鏜刀从加工孔的端部直接退回,就会在加工表面产生退刀痕,一些要求高光洁度的零件就会因此而报废。过去消除退刀痕的方法有多种,但为了使鏜刀离开加工表面都需要一附加动作。Devlieg公司提出一种消除鏜刀退刀痕的巧妙方法.它采用“AR”(automatically retracting)刀具,可以自动缩回,此刀具的工作原理可用几何图形来解释(见图1),其中在几何关系中起作用的是鏜削时产生的切向切削力。“AR”刀具有一可沿中枢平面移动的刀座3。中枢平面有一定角度.在不切削时,刀具处于最小的轴向和径向位置,靠弹簧柱塞2和砧销5保持一预定的距
When boring, especially in fine boring, if the boring tool is directly retracted from the end of the machined hole, retraction mark will be generated on the machined surface, and some parts requiring high finish will be discarded. There are many ways to eliminate tool marks in the past, but an additional move is required to get the boring tool off the machined surface. Devlieg proposes an ingenious method of eliminating back marks on a boring tool which can be automatically retracted using an “automatically retracting” tool. The working principle of this tool can be explained in terms of geometry (see Figure 1) The role of the relationship is boring cutting tangential force.
