同在一片蓝天下,北半球冬季已至,南半球初夏开启。2014年11月17日至26日,笔者随安徽省广电代表团应邀出访了南美洲的巴西、秘鲁和智利。短短数日,代表团一行参观考察了巴西纪录电视台、秘鲁ATV电视台、智利国家电视委员会和蓬塔市电视台等媒体机构,与上述媒体及媒体管理机构的相关负责人和新闻从业人员进行了广泛交流,并就加强广播影视领域里的合作与发展等工作进行磋商。
