辉煌“十一五”“十一五”期间,庐山管理局党委、管理局深入贯彻落实科学发展观,加快转型、奋力前行,坚定不移地实施“一下一上”发展战略和九大推进工作,以项目建设为抓手,推动经济发展、环境优化和民生改善,品牌形象迅速提升、来山游客持续增长、旅游经济快速发展、基础设施日臻完善、社会事业明显进步、人民生活显著改善,为“十二五”发展奠定了坚实的基础。“十一五”时期是明确定位,制定战略,全力实施的五年。明确了功能、方针、目标、市场和形象定位;制定了转型升级的战略目标;实施了“一下一上”和“九大推进”工作举措。“十一五”时期是克服困难,主攻项目,全面推进的五年。庐山以项目为抓手,整体面貌大改变。实施建设项目31个,建成20个,在建8个,拟建3个,总投资40.27亿元。“九大推进”工作投入1.12亿元,为庐山发展打下了良好的基础。
