本文观察了40具尸体的400个腰神经后支骨纤维管的位置、组成和形态;测量腰神经后支骨纤维管的长度、管的出口纵径、横径。腰神经后支骨纤维管的出口,按形状分为近椭圆形、近圆形、近三角形及近扁圆形四种。观察L_(1~4)的320条横突间韧带的形成,并测量其内侧缘的厚度。对组成L_5神经后支骨纤维管壁的髂腰韧带厚度,也作了测量。根据腰神经后支骨纤维管的解剖形态特点,论述了骨科临床上腰痛的解剖因素。
In this paper, we observed the location, composition and morphology of 400 lumbar posterior branch of femur in 40 corpses. The length of the posterior branch of the lumbar nerve fiber, the longitudinal and transverse diameter of the tube were measured. Lumbar nerve fibers after the branch of the export, according to the shape is divided into nearly oval, nearly circular, nearly triangular and nearly oblate four. The formation of 320 transverse ligaments of L_ (1 ~ 4) was observed and the thickness of the medial margin was measured. The thickness of the iliaclipid ligament, which constitutes the posterior branch of the L5 nerve fibers, was also measured. According to the anatomical features of the posterior branch of the lumbar nerve fibers, the anatomic factors of low back pain in orthopedics clinic are discussed.
