水雾化粉末高速钢(GF_3)刀具中间试验鉴定会于1982年11月中旬在京召开,参加会议的有来自全国44个单位的78名代表。与会代表听取了北京工具研究所提出的“水雾化粉末高速钢(GF_2)刀具中间试验”总结报告,及六个单位关于刀具使用情况和切削试验报告,审查了工艺文件,检测了粉末及刀具样品,然后进行了讨论评议。与会代表认为: 1.在国内首先研制成功先进的水雾化制粉——热挤压致密化工艺,已完成中间试验,具有小批生产规模。 2.水雾化原始粉末氧含量1500~2000PPM,经真空脱氧后氧含量小于600PPM,上述指标达到目前国际水平。粉末粒度150目占50%。 3.水雾化GF_3粉末高速钢碳化物颗粒细小,分布均匀,热处理工艺性能好,机械性能和可磨性
