一般石灰性土壤交换性盐基组成的测定 ,多采用 70 %乙醇溶液洗盐 ,pH7.0 0 .1mol/L氯化铵— 70 %乙醇溶液进行交换处理 ,提取液经蒸干、灼烧 ,使氯化铵分解。残渣以盐酸溶液溶解 ,制得含交换性盐基离子的溶液 ,再进行K+ ,Na+ ,Ca2 + ,Mg2 + 的测定。整个操作过程繁杂、冗长 ,且测定结果偏低。我们经过改进 ,在一定量的交换提取液中加入适量的尿素—异丙醇—氯化锂—高氯酸混合液 ,直接进行K+ ,Na+ ,Ca2 + ,Mg2 + 的测定 ,简化了操作程序 ,得到了比较满意的结果。
