为深入探讨中医学的临床及有关机理,发展了中医基础理论的实验研究。通过中医基础理论研究工作实践,动物模型发挥了应有的作用。能被公认的中医证的模型,是证的实验研究关键。以脾气虚证为例,在兄弟单位动物模型的基础上,与中兽医专家共同研究、反复论证,采用马属动物驴作为实验动物,复制脾气虚证获得成功。在此基础又复制了大白鼠脾气虚证模型。这为多学科研究脾气虚证提供了基本条件。在电子显微学领域,对上述动物模型进行了超微结构研究。脾主运化方面观察了十二指肠绒毛及其吸收上皮的微绒毛;脾主肌肉方面作了骨骼肌、心肌、肠平滑肌、血管平滑肌等包括其线粒体在内的超微结构观察、定量计测和图像分析研究。为阐明脾的主要功能是与能量代谢密切有关提供了超微结构水平具有统计学意义的科学数据。
In order to further explore the clinical and related mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine, we have developed an experimental study of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
