患者女,62岁,2010年12月10日因突发嘴唇肿胀、咽喉疼痛、皮疹伴瘙痒来我院皮肤科就诊。患者因患老年性皮肤瘙痒症,3 d前给予润燥止痒胶囊(贵州同济堂制药有限公司,批号100901 011,0.5 g/粒)2 g,po,tid。服药第1天,出现少许皮疹伴瘙痒加重,第2天停药,症状缓解,皮疹逐渐消退。第3天再服该药,全身泛发皮疹伴发嘴唇明显肿胀、咽喉疼痛,瘙痒加重。遂来我院复诊。患者无发热,无腹痛及腹泻。近1月来没有服用其他药物。既往身体健康,否认结核、肝炎等传染病史,否认有高血压、糖尿病、肿瘤等疾患,无药物过敏史。体检:一般情况可,系统检查无异常发现。面部皮肤潮红,双眼睑及嘴唇肿胀,咽部黏膜充血,但扁桃腺不肿大。躯干、四肢皮肤散在大小不一的红色斑疹以及淡红
