2007年金融危机爆发以来,众多的企业面临着创新动力不足,创新能力不够,无法适应新的市场要求。文章利用实地调研数据,描述了目前企业自主创新所面临的基本状况,深入分析了导致创新能力不够的原因,得出了要助推长沙企业自主创新,政府必须从整合创新能力要素入手的结论。
Since the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2007, a large number of enterprises are facing insufficient motivation for innovation, inadequate innovation capacity and inability to adapt to new market requirements. Based on the field survey data, the article describes the basic situation facing the current independent innovation of enterprises, analyzes in depth the reasons leading to the lack of innovation capability, and concludes that the government must promote independent innovation of enterprises in Changsha by starting with the integration of innovative capabilities.
