INTRODUCTION Due to the increasing depletion of fossil fuels and the arrival of water scarcity, attention has been focused on the potential capacity of land to own the comprehensive utilization of surface water resources. Of particular concern are the benefits that have been achieved by improving the conditions of water storage operations and water transfer.
