为了提高水平孔钻探的钻进效率,减少起下钻的辅助时间,和减轻繁重的体力劳动,在水平孔施工中推广绳索取芯技术,有着重要的意义。特别是某些取芯的矿种,取芯工艺要求限制回次进尺,而回次进尺越短,工人的体力劳动强度就越大。即使是使用全液压钻机,花在起下钻的时间也不会少。国外文献已不乏资料报导水平钻孔使用绳钻的实例。八四年我们先后在某矿的两个水平钻孔进行了绳取试验。绳取工作量计44.9米;绳取最大孔深83米;打捞内管成功率为61%;最大提钻间隔20米。试验初步表明:水平钻使用绳取技术存在可行性。若工具经过改进,操作规程作出适当的规定,这项技术的实施是完全可能
In order to improve the drilling efficiency of horizontal hole drilling, reduce the auxiliary time for drilling, and reduce heavy manual labor, it is of great significance to promote rope coring technique in horizontal hole drilling. In particular, some coring ore, coring process requirements limit back to the footage, and back to the shorter footage, the greater the manual labor intensity. Even with full hydraulic rigs, it takes less time to drill. There is no lack of information in foreign literature reported the use of rope drilling horizontal drilling example. In 1984, we conducted a rope test at two levels of a mine. Rope take 44.9 meters work load; rope maximum hole depth of 83 meters; salvage the success rate of 61% of the inner tube; the largest drilling interval of 20 meters. Preliminary tests show that: horizontal drilling using rope technology is feasible. If the tools are improved and the operating procedures are properly defined, the implementation of this technology is entirely possible
