2007年12月13日至14日,中国共产党云南省第八届委员会第四次全体(扩大)会议在昆明举行。全委会由省委常委会主持。省委书记白恩培作了重要讲话。省委副书记、省长秦光荣就经济工作作了总结部署。
From December 13 to December 14, 2007, the fourth (enlarged) meeting of the Eighth Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party was held in Kunming. The whole committee is presided over by the Provincial Standing Committee. Secretary Bai Enpei made an important speech. Qin Guangrong, deputy secretary of provincial Party committee and governor, made a summary arrangement on economic work.
