1978年以来我们用口服654-2的方法,进行十二指肠低张造影。分20毫克、40毫克、50～60毫克三组进行。20毫克组试查了10余例,因低张效果不理想而放弃;50～60毫克组因副作用较大,也被放弃;40毫克组共试查了40余例,通过临床实践,认为低张效果好,副作用少。现抽出30例作一小结报导。30例按服药后10、20、30～45分钟进行观察,其中5例观察到180分钟。低张情况的观察分别用符号(-)、(+)、(++)、(+++)表示。
Since 1978, we use the oral method of 654-2 for duodenal low contrast radiography.
