目的了解健康人群A和C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(简称流脑)抗体水平,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法 2014年对天津市河北区和武清区健康人群进行了分层随机抽样调查,采集静脉血482份,用酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测A和C群流脑IgG抗体水平。结果 A群流脑抗体阳性率为64.32%,抗体平均浓度为8.63μg/ml;C群流脑抗体阳性率为52.90%,抗体平均浓度为4.78μg/ml。0~1岁组A群流脑抗体阳性率和抗体平均浓度均最低,分别为51.67%和5.70μg/ml;C群流脑抗体阳性率及抗体平均浓度均以15~19岁组最低,分别为38.33%和2.86μg/ml,5~6岁组最高,分别为72.13%和7.73μg/ml。各年龄组A和C群流脑抗体阳性率及抗体平均浓度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同接种剂次人群的抗体阳性率和平均浓度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论这两个地区健康人群流脑抗体水平较低,应引起注意,加强疫苗接种工作。
Objective To understand the antibody levels of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis (group A and group C) of healthy people and to provide basis for the prevention and control measures. Methods A total of 482 venous blood samples were collected from stratified stratified random samples in Hebei and Wuqing districts of Tianjin in 2014. The IgG antibody levels in each group were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The positive rate of meningococcal antibody in group A was 64.32%, and the average antibody concentration was 8.63μg / ml. The positive rate of meningococcal antibody in group C was 52.90% and the average antibody concentration was 4.78μg / ml. The positive rate and the average antibody concentration of meningitis group A in group 0 to 1 year old were the lowest (51.67% and 5.70μg / ml respectively). The positive rate and the average antibody concentration of group C mecca antibody were the lowest in group 15 to 19 38.33% and 2.86μg / ml respectively, the highest in the 5-6-year-old group was 72.13% and 7.73μg / ml, respectively. The positive rate of antibody and the average antibody concentration of group A and group C in each age group were statistically significant (P <0.05). The antibody positive rate and average concentration of different inoculation subgroups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The levels of meningococcal antibody in healthy population in these two areas are relatively low and should be paid attention to to strengthen the vaccination.
