在国庆三十周年前夕,我参加彩显管金属材料赴日考察组,参观了日本的一些冶金企业;其中不仅看了填海建厂的现代化联合企业,也看了一些设备不甚先进或正在进行改造的中小型老厂。这次考察虽则时间仓促,走马观花,但确实也开阔了我们眼界,得到不少启发。相比之下,不论工艺、装备或是管理上我们都有很大的差距,有不少外国先进经验是值得学习的,结合我所实际情况应如何学习、改造和赶超,提出几点个人的想法:
