无籽西瓜无性系快速育苗,包括组织培养加速繁殖;无土栽培建立采穗圃;利用抗病砧木嫁接生产用苗3个阶段。本文重点分析了每个阶段的技术措施。从1985—19873 年共发展三倍体无籽西瓜37.9公顷。无性系表现长势好、根系抗病性强、产量高、品质好。
Seedless watermelon cloning rapid breeding, including tissue culture to accelerate reproduction; Soilless cultivation to establish cutting garden; use of disease-resistant rootstocks grafting seedlings with three stages. This article focuses on the technical measures at each stage. From 1985 to 1987, a total of 37.9 hectares of triploid seedless watermelon was developed. Clones show good growth, strong root resistance, high yield, good quality.
