用多元素痕量分析技术(PIxE)测定血清微量元素的含量,观察1980年云南地区日全食对当地正常人(5人)及患有心血管系统疾病的阴阳虚损患者(7人)的影响。结果:阴阳虚损患者血清微量元素的含量中Fe、S于日食前后有明显变化,(P<0.05)差异非常显著。而正常人则无明显改变(P<0.05)。PIxE测得之元素图谱中,P、Ca、Ti、Cr、Mn、Ni、Cu、As、Zn、Se等元素含量变化无统计学意义。由于生理、生化等多项指预配合观察,发现阴阳虚损患者受日全食的影响,血中儿茶酚胺升高,并伴有一系列交感神精偏亢的生理反应。而铁元素参与了儿茶酚胺的合成,因此日食前后,Fe含量的升高与儿茶酚胺的相应变化是否有着一定的内在联系?
The contents of trace elements in serum were determined by multi-element trace analysis (PIxE), and the effects of total solar eclipse on local normal people (5 persons) and yin-yang deficiency patients (7 persons) with cardiovascular diseases in 1980 were observed. Results: The content of trace elements in serum of patients with yin-yang deficiency significantly changed before and after eclipse, and the difference was significant (P <0.05). However, no significant changes were found in normal subjects (P <0.05). The elemental contents of P, Ca, Ti, Cr, Mn, Ni, Cu, As, Zn, Se and other elements in the elemental spectrum measured by PIxE showed no statistical significance. Due to the physiological, biochemical and other means that pre-combination observation found that patients with yin and yang deficiency affected by the total solar eclipse, blood catecholamines increased, accompanied by a series of sympathetic Shenjing physiological response. And iron is involved in the synthesis of catecholamines, so before and after the eclipse, the increase of Fe content and the corresponding changes in catecholamines have a certain intrinsic relationship?
