祝夫刚,笔名溪山,山东平邑人。毕业于山东省曲阜师大艺术系,先后进修于中国画院、中国艺术研究院研究生院,贾又福工作室精英班,现居北京。现为中国美术家协会会员,国家一级美术师,中央电视台书画院特聘画家。作品曾多次参加全国性展览并获奖。作品被载入40余部获奖作品集及其它大型不假思索册,许多作品被主办单位和专业艺术机构收藏,多次在国家级书画专刊介绍发表作品,出版有《祝夫刚山水画选》,《百强山水画家、祝夫刚》,《祝夫刚山水画集》。 Blessing just, pen name Creek, Shandong Pingyi people.
